Introduction
This filling line is specifically designed to fill bag on valve aerosol products, including pharmacy, food, cosmetic industries. The line has the feature of fast speed, high automation, intelligent, stable and reliable. Some working stations such as automatic weight checking mahcine, automatic water bath leakage testing machine, automatic actuator pressing machine, automatic cap pressing machine are optional depending on customer’s budget.
Automatic crimping machine combines the function of vacuumizing, propellant filling and crmping into a single working head, controlled by PLC system with a friendly touch screen interface, easy for parameters setting, process supervision and problem diagnose. Propellant can be more options such as N2, Co2, Ar, LPG even comperssed air for economic considering.

There are two working heads seated on same working table for liquid flling. No matter water base, oil base or alcohol based liquid can be filled. Both male valve and femail valve can be worked by this line.
