Automatic Servo Filling Machine can be suitable for products of various viscosity such as water injection, semi-fluid etc. It is widely applied for filling of products in such industries as food, cosmetics, medicine, grease, daily chemical industry, liquid detergent, pesticide and chemical industry etc.
Characteristic:
◆Contact part is SS316L material.
◆Adopt photoelectric control, with fast and accurate automatic quantitative filling; the rotary valve is made of ceramic material without sealing ring, making perfect completely clean.
◆Using LS motion controller and HMI man-machine operation interface, the parameters can be called on the operation interface,don’t need adjustment of mechanical position by worker.
◆The filling system of the machine adopts LS servo filling system, with high filling accuracy and precise positioning.
◆This machine can be easily assembled,disassembled without any tools. The whole connect product part can be easily cleaned. It can be realized that no filling in case of no bottle or insufficient bottle and accurate measurement.
◆The whole machine adopts stainless steel frame structure, transparent PC material frame and SUS304 stainless steel table.
